Building on our successful partnership with Miniso, we delivered a comprehensive retail fit-out for their new location within Thistles Shopping Centre, the premier retail destination in the heart of Stirling.
This project focused on translating Miniso’s “Life is for Fun” brand philosophy into a bright, high-energy retail environment. Working within a busy shopping centre environment required strict adherence to centre management protocols and a clean, efficient site presence to ensure zero disruption to neighbouring tenants.

- Vibrant Brand Execution: We implemented the signature Miniso aesthetic, characterized by clean white surfaces, high-lux LED lighting, and the iconic red branding. The result is a crisp, inviting space that stands out within the mall’s concourse.
- Modular Merchandising Systems: The fit-out included the installation of high-density, modular shelving and display units designed to house thousands of unique SKUs while maintaining an organized, premium feel.
- Live Environment Management: Executing a fit-out within an active shopping center meant coordinating all heavy works and deliveries outside of core trading hours. Our team managed a seamless “behind-the-scenes” workflow to maintain safety and mall cleanliness.
