Comprehensive training and certification
Our commitment to health and safety begins with our team. All site foremen and project managers are trained to the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) level, equipping them with advanced knowledge in managing site safety and adhering to legal requirements. This certification ensures that our management team is proficient in implementing effective safety practices, risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
In addition to SMSTS training, a number of our staff members hold First Aid certifications. This training ensures that we have qualified personnel on-site who can provide immediate assistance in case of medical emergencies, enhancing overall site safety and preparedness.
