Project Overview
This project involved the extensive strip-out and complete retail fit-out of a Miniso store at Cribbs Causeway Shopping Centre in Bristol.
The works were delivered within a highly compressed programme to achieve a fixed store opening date. Following removal of the original fixtures, finishes and redundant services, the unit was fully refurbished to meet Miniso’s brand and operational standards.
Key Challenges and Solutions
Shopping Centre Logistics
Deliveries, waste removal and workforce access were carefully coordinated around the shopping centre’s operational restrictions. Regular communication with centre management ensured the works progressed without disruption to neighbouring retailers or the public.
Quality and Brand Standards
Despite the demanding timescale, quality remained a priority. The finished store incorporated bespoke retail displays, specialist lighting, high-quality finishes and prominent storefront branding.
